    Responsibilities

    • Delivering excellent customer service while answering incoming calls for service and supplies
    • Researching and verifying customer's information
    • Entering service and supply requests into system 
    • Assisting service team members as needed

    Qualifications

    • Exceptional communication skills, clear speaking voice, and helpful attitude
    • 2-3 years customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
    • Ability to follow established processes and solve problems 
    • Attention to detail, accurate data entry, and focus under pressure
    • Microsoft Office suite
