    Your responsibilities will include:

    1. Plan, organize, and oversee the activities of the HR Department including but not limited to: managing and developing team members, hiring new team members, orchestrating benefits, managing day-to-day HR tasks, serving as a liaison to the company and its employees, advise managers on employee relations issues, have an active role in onboarding and termination.
    2. Participate in company-wide and cross-departmental initiatives pertaining to management and development of employees. This includes advising managers on how to better develop their teams.
    3. Optimize internal process within the HR department, including payroll, benefits administration, performance reviews, hiring & onboarding, termination, and other HR functions.
    4. Ensure compliance from an HR and from an organizational standpoint.


    1. Bachelors Degree.
    2. 5-10 years of increasingly responsible HR experience including but not limited to: benefit administration, employee relations, recruitment/selection, payroll/compensation, legal compliance and HR law.
    3. Experience managing 2 or more people.
    4. Experience working for a family-owned business is helpful.
