    Responsibilities

    • Participates in, directs and coordinates the calculation and payment of sales commissions for roughly 25 sales representatives. Also, will dig into and answer various questions that may arise from sales representatives as it relates to commissions.
    • Maintains detailed fixed asset listing and comprehensive depreciation schedules. This includes the weekly process of new fixed asset additions as well as any fixed assets disposals.
    • Prepares monthly journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, financial statements and various detailed financial analysis for management.
    • Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards and reports. This includes Managed IT customer and engineer dashboards, sales developmental dashboards, annual sales quota reporting, commission summaries and other ad-hoc reporting requests.

    Qualifications

    • BS degree in accounting
    • Outstanding Microsoft Excel experience and skills
    • 1-3 years of full cycle accounting experience. This should include familiarity with journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and basic financial statement knowledge.
