While we remain solid in our core values, we are experiencing a rapid yet exciting growth like never before.  We are seeking a driven and results oriented sales manager to lead our Rockville Sales Team.  As a key member of the Advance organization, the sales manager is responsible for managing field sales and business development activities in the region.

     

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Grow territory revenue and optimize profit within existing base and new business opportunities
    • Lead new business development and growth initiatives within the region
    • Actively develop and manage a talented sales team
    • Drive sales results through individual and team activity
    • Support the utilization of Advance’s, sales tools, methodologies and best practices

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • 5 years proven success in B2B prospecting, cold calling, and closing in a competitive market
    • 2-3 years experience managing a sales team (3-5 reps)
    • Track record of over-achieving quota
    • Strong knowledge in business equipment and technology sales is preferred
    • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent
