We are looking for an experienced and talented individual to join our Team as a Senior Systems Engineer.


    Role and Responsibilities

    Implement Proposed Projects

    • Responsible for delivering to the client the scope of work outlined in the signed proposal.
    • Responsible for kick off meetings with clients regarding the delivery of the solution and managing the client’s expectations on the delivery schedule.
    • Responsible for regularly keeping the client up to date on the project’s progress.
    • Responsible for bringing the project in on time and on budget. If the Professional Services Sr. System Engineer has problems with project delivery the Engineer must notify the Professional Services Manager in a timely manner.

    Knowledge Transfer

    • Responsible for documenting the project as well as creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) when necessary after implementing a project.
    • Responsible for handing off the knowledge to all necessary Engineering staff that will support the environment post project implementation.

    Technical Resource for the Design Desk

    • Responsible for assisting in writing project scopes, estimating labor hours, designating hardware/software/licensing for a given project in coordination with the Design Desk.


    • System Engineers are expected to master the company PSA and follow all company processes, procedures and activities within it.
    • Other tools to master are Office 365 portal, Remote Monitoring and Management Tool and Antivirus.

    Skills & Abilities

    Education: Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or technical school) Preferred, Field of Study: I.T. or related field of study

    Experience:Seven plus years in a customer support environment supporting infrastructure technology and performing project design and delivery.

    Computer Skills:  Microsoft Azure Services, Office 365 and AD services, Windows Server 2016/2012, Exchange 2013, SQL, SharePoint, VMWare, Citrix, WAN/LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, security, VPN, Terminal Services

    Certifications &Licenses: Professional IT Certifications such as MS MCP, MCSA, MCSE, Citrix CCEA or CCIA, SonicWALL CSSA, Cisco CCNA
